Customers, pricing, margins, referral sources, procedures, financials and personnel are never used and never shared. Not to train anything, not to improve anything, not for anyone else. There is no "de-identified" exception.
The physical building, with identifiers removed: room geometry, materials, moisture behavior, damage type. No company name, no homeowner, no address, no claim number. Your agreement spells this out in plain words.
We never sell your data. We do not give it to a carrier, a TPA or a competitor unless the law requires it. We never score or rank restoration companies.
RestoreAI drafts. Your estimator reviews, edits and approves. RestoreAI never submits anything to a carrier or adjuster. Your team sends the file.
Your data leaves with you. Export and deletion terms are in your agreement.
Ghostdog Systems is a software company. It is not an insurer, public adjuster, attorney or claims representative, and it does not perform restoration work.
Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-256). Role-based access with least privilege. Multi-factor authentication for administrative access. Logging and monitoring. Vulnerability management. Backups.
We are working toward SOC 2 Type II, with controls monitored in Drata. No audit report has been issued. When one is, it will be posted here.
