If a restoration company sent you a file built with RestoreAI, this page explains what you are looking at, how to check any line, and what the software will never do.
Scope first. Then the sketch with dimensions, the photo report by room, the moisture log, the equipment log and the technician's field notes.
Each scope line lists the photos, readings and measurements behind it. Open them. If the evidence is not there, the line should not be either.
A technician captured the loss on site with an iPhone or iPad. RestoreAI organized what was captured and drafted the scope. Every line was tested against written rules. A person at the restoration company reviewed and approved the file before it was sent.
The restoration company is our customer. They license the software. We are not paid on claim outcomes, estimate value or approvals. We do not share their data with anyone, and we do not score or rank anyone.
RestoreAI does not decide whether a charge is reasonable. That is your determination. The file is built so you can make it on a record.
If a different order or format would make your review faster, tell us. We will read it. Write to restoreai@ghostdog.io.
It never interprets a policy or offers a coverage opinion.
It never states what an insurer owes or argues a price.
It never negotiates or contacts you on the restoration company's behalf.
It never edits, enhances or generates a photo. Original field notes are kept beside any enhanced or translated version.
It never adds scope the evidence does not support.
A person at the restoration company approves and sends every file.
